Tiny Voice Studios began as a reaction to working in post production and advertising. The years we’ve spent crafting eye-catching images for agencies, directors and show runners have proven invaluable in our approach to filmmaking today. We are a team of artists and producers that shepherd projects from development through distribution. Our backgrounds in production, design, cinematography, editing and visual effects allow us to work a truly collaborative manner.

Our first production was in the summer of 2018 with Again. The short story of a woman caring for her father with dementia quickly veers off of its premise and heads into the strange. Produced for three hundred dollars, the surreal folk-horror short was part of an installation for the prestigious MANA Contemporary art gallery. Our second short film would dive much deeper into the realm of cosmic horror with the award winning fever dream Ten, Thirteen, Twelve. Over the course of its twelve minute runtime we put penchant for striking visuals, mind bending narratives and haunting, doom laiden atmosphere on display. Ten, Thirteen, Twelve would go on to win a number of best cinematography and best drama awards, but most importantly we were learning a lot about how to make a genre film.

We made our feature film debut in 2023 with Blue Hour; The Disappearance of Nick Brandreth which blurred the lines between reality in the investigation of a missing photographer. Blue Hour is an ethereal mix of true crime documentary and cosmic horror that critics have praised for its ambitious narrative, world building and atmosphere. Our follow up feature, Beyond the Drumlins was produced in 2024 and is currently in post production.

Moving forward, our focus remains on blurring the lines of film genre and crafting striking works that stay with you.
